Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process before they are shipped. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Big-size product: Items over 108" in unilateral length or more than 165" in perimeter.
Heavy product: Items over 66 lbs in net weight.
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as international customs processing. If your package is taking longer than expected, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
We ship all products on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the product price.
