All our products come with a 12-month warranty and can be returned free of charge within 30 days of delivery for approved reasons. The same warranty applies to any replacement products.

Missing parts Send proof through images or videos showing what's missing.

Note: Visual proof is required for all claims. We'll offer a suitable solution upon verification.

❌ Reasons Not Supporting Free Return

Arrived too late We don't cover delays beyond our control (customs, carrier issues).
Change of mind / Ordered by mistake Buyer is responsible for return shipping & restocking fee (if applicable).
Product does not meet expectations Includes high shipping costs or price changes after purchase.
Missing manual Contact us for an electronic or video manual instead.
User error / Wrong product ordered User-caused damage or incorrect ordering is not covered.

📋 How to Return or Request a Refund/Replacement

  2. Review Process: Our team will review your request and propose a solution based on our return policy.
  3. Return Instructions: Upon mutual agreement, we'll provide return instructions. Please do not return the product to the sender's address on the package.
  4. Return & Processing: Return the product (if required). Once received at our warehouse, we'll issue your refund or send a replacement. Refunds typically take 2–14 business days depending on your payment provider.

📦 Return Shipping

For approved returns due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we cover return shipping costs. For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
